Making A Purchase Terms & Conditions
We have created these terms and conditions to make the transaction process very simple and to remove any confusion about operating procedure. By placing an order with us you agree to these terms and conditions.

We are Ultra Glow Cosmetics Ltd registered in England and Wales, company number 02679629.
The purpose of this web site is to offer a service to customers internationally who are unable to find or visit a local stockist of our products. We are strong believers in the importance of retail and would ask for customer to support local retailers to ensure their survival in the highly competitive modern market. General Terms
Purchases made through this website are from Ultra Glow Cosmetics Ltd. We are a long established and reputable ethical supplier of makeup and beauty products. We understand these products and most of them we make ourselves.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (Our VAT number GB872752400)
We will contact you via email to confirm order and for any other communication directly related to your order (no marketing or other information will be sent unless you register for an account and make a specific request).
We will NEVER pass on your personal or credit/debit card information. No Exceptions.
Placing An Order
We send you a confirmation email after you place an order - it is very important that you check the details on this to make sure we are despatching to the correct address etc.
£2 fixed delivery charge per order for all UK addresses. A standard charge is made for International Orders depending on location.
We will despatch immediately all ordered items that we have in stock. A backorder will be taken for out of stock items and we will ship once the item returns to stock. We will contact you if for any reason an item is delayed. If you do not wish to wait for an item then please advise us. We cannot guarantee delivery timings so please select a guaranteed service if you require your order to be delivered by a specified date (our special delivery service is guaranteed by 1pm the following day). Orders placed before 2pm will normally be despatched the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the next working day (Monday to Friday).
Returns
We are happy to accept any product back for refund providing it is unopened and unused within . If product is opened/used in any way then we will exchange for similar product only. To make sure we can track your return please always send us an email requesting a returns number prior to sending the package. Please make sure returned goods are packed properly so no damage occurs in transit.
We will contact you once the parcel has been received and advise on procedure.

Please retain a proof of posting in case the goods are lost on the way back to us. Proof of posting is a free service provided over the counter at your local Post Office (simply request).
We will credit any refunds via the original payment method. If we are sending you replacements we will ask you to place an order over the web.
Our intentions
We will do everything possible to make sure that the information we provide you on the website is as accurate as possible. If you notice anything you think is incorrect, or you think we have missed something, we would grateful if you would email us with the detail ( info@youngandpure.co.uk ). We aim to respond to all queries within one working day.
Once you receive your delivery please check the contents and advise us of any discrepancies. Please be assured of our best intentions at all times.
