These are our terms and conditions of business. They explain the basis on which we offer our services and in particular what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. 1. INTERPRETATION
In our terms and conditions we use words that have special meanings as below
1.1 "young & pure" is a trading style for young and pure Ltd.
1.2 "youngandpure.co.uk" is the name of the e-commerce internet web site and any associated domain names and addresses and is owned and operated by young and pure Ltd.
1.3 "Website" means the website which is owned and operated by young and pure Ltd.
1.4 "Seller" means young and pure Ltd.
1.5 "Contract" means the contract for the purchase and sale of the Goods.
1.6 "Goods" shall mean any item that by virtue of this contract we will supply to you, including licences to exercise intellectual property rights and licenses to use software.
1.7 "Customer" means the person or company who buys or agrees to buy the Goods from the Seller.
1.8 "Business Customer" means any person, persons or body corporate with whom we contract who, when making a contract with us, does not intend to use the Goods for personal or family use.
1.9 "Price" means the price for the Goods excluding carriage, packing, insurance and VAT.
2. FORMATION OF CONTRACT
2.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all goods sold on the Website by young and pure Ltd whose registered office is Pitfield House, Wangford Road, Reydon, Southwold, Suffolk IP18 6NZ. They do not affect your statutory rights.
2.2 All orders made through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form Receipt of your payment does not automatically constitute acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
2.3 By using the youngandpure.co.uk website and by ordering products from young and pure by phone, fax, post or website, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in the following paragraphs. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions without modification, then you are not authorised to use this website nor should you place an order.
2.4 These Conditions shall form the terms and conditions of the Contract and shall apply to the exclusion of any Terms or Conditions whether put forward by or on behalf of the customer in or on its order or otherwise or whether implied by law (insofar as the exclusion of the same is lawful).
2.5 No variation to these Conditions shall be binding unless confirmed in writing by a Director of young and pure.
2.6 If you order software from us you will also be bound by the terms of the software license supplied with that software.
2.7 Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales representation, quotation, price list, acceptance offer, invoice or other document or information issued by young and pure shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of young and pure.
2.8 young and pure employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations or give any advice or recommendations concerning the Goods unless confirmed by young and pure in writing. In entering into the Contract you acknowledge that you do not rely on, and waive any claim in respect of any such representations, advice or recommendations which are not so confirmed.
2.9 The youngandpure.co.uk site is dynamic and as a result, these terms and conditions may be subject to change from time to time. You will be subject to whatever are the terms and conditions current at the time you use this site.
2.10 These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Electronic communications
2.11 When you visit youndandpure.co.uk or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

3. ORDER AND SPECIFICATION
3.1 The customer shall be responsible to young and pure for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any order submitted and for giving young and pure any necessary information relating to the Goods to enable young and pure to fulfil the Contract in accordance with its terms in particular in relation to delivery and special requirements.
3.2 young and pure reserves the right to make any changes to the specification of the Goods which are required to conform to any applicable safety or other statutory requirements or any other changes which do not materially affect their quality or performance.
4. PRICE OF PRODUCTS
4.1 Sales prices are quoted before addition of delivery charges. Details of our delivery charges are set out on our Website price list.
4.2 Prices are checked regularly. However, if we find the price has changed when we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed. If you confirm that you do wish to proceed then please remember that we will still not be under an obligation to supply the goods until we have confirmed that we both have accepted your order and that it has been shipped. No contract will exist until we have confirmed this.
4.3 All prices in our catalogue, leaflets and our website are in pound sterling, exclude VAT and delivery and were correct when published. young and pure reserves the right to change the advertised price before you place an order.
4.4 The price of the Goods shall be the price as advertised on youngandpure.co.uk and is exclusive of delivery and VAT for which the customer will be additionally liable.
4.5 youngandpure.co.uk strives to maintain affordability and stability within its price structure. There may be times, however, where due to events beyond our control we must alter our list price and we reserve the right for all prices to be subject to change without notice. We will inform you of any changes which may be necessary and in that instance you will have the right to cancel that order.
Special Promotions
4.6 Items offered in special promotions (catalogues, flyers, special brochures etc) are available at featured prices only while stocks last and only for a limited time as specified. It is at the sole discretion of young and pure to continue or discontinue the featured pricing level, after the specified date. The same conditions apply to any special offers featured in the catalogue/mail out.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
5.1 Unless otherwise agreed payment is required prior to delivery of the goods.
5.2 Payment is made by credit card online. Alternatively the buyer may phone with credit card details.
5.3 Some parts of the website accept some or all of the following: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, and Solo. If we are unable to accept your order then we shall, at our option, either not debit your credit card or refund any money paid by you in respect of that order.
Credit checking
5.7 When you set up an account with us to purchase Goods online, we may check your record at a credit reference agency to obtain or update our credit information. The agency will keep a record of our search, which may be seen by other organisations that make searches.
